Having a sufficient portion of lunch and a light meal in the evening are another helpful method to keep yourself healthy as well. Never drink water or any beverages with your meal. Drink at least 20-30 minutes after finishing your meal.
Daily exercise every day for at least 30 minutes plays an important role to improve your physical and mental health. Daily walking is the easiest exercise.
Keep this up for 6 months and you will feel the changes.
